Good news!
The "Howarth Gurdjieff Archive" has been officially accepted by the research department of the New York Public Library.
A significant initial portion of Dushka Howarth's collection related to the Gurdjieff Work, Gurdjieff Movements and music, was delivered in early 2012 to the Jerome Robbins Dance Division of the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center, New York, NY.
The delivered materials included more published books related to the Gurdjieff Work (mostly rare, privately published or out of print), magazine collections and articles, writings and manuscripts, internet research, and some of the sheet music, DVDs and CDs, binders on various topics. After giving NYPL several months for their intake process, you may contact the Jerome Robbins Dance Division to inquire about the anticipated date of availability.

Many thanks for the recent generous donations, as well as other assistance over the past few years, from many who helped make this possible. There is still much more archival preparation work to be done ... and you and other interested supporters can help.
Work continues by the Gurdjieff Heritage Society, Inc. on the remaining archive materials in Dushka Howarth's estate, including original Gurdjieff Movements notations and music from her mother Jessmin's collection. Jessmin Howarth's resources were assembled during and after Jessmin's time with Mr. Gurdjieff, as one of his principal dancers since the earliest days of the Work and later as a renowned authority on the authentic transmission of the early Movements. Many of the remaining resources are in fragile condition and need careful preservation efforts.
Looking to the remaining archive tasks ahead, voluminous resource materials still need to be processed and prepared before their future delivery to the NYPL research department. Donations are gratefully applied to that project.

These books were donated to the research division of NYPL and should be found in the NYPL on-line catalog as each is made accessible for library use.
#2. Tax-deductible contributions:
the "PayPal donate" link below for supporters of the Howarth Gurdjieff Archive to make tax-deductible contributions for archive preparations by Gurdjieff Heritage Society for research and study. A major portion of Dushka Howarth's archive material still require significant resources for preparations before delivery to the research department of the New York Public Library in the future.
